We're seeking a passionate, driven, and self-motivated Account Manager ready to run a territory like it's your own business, not report on someone else's. If you want ownership over which accounts grow, which prospects get pursued, and which partners you build with, this is your chance to run the whole patch, hands-on, from day one.

VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. We build Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor — a product family that lets organizations search, analyze, redact, and act on unstructured data, treating video, audio, images, documents, and text as equal first-class sources. More than 100 customers run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing, and energy, much of it on premises, air-gapped, or in FedRAMP High environments on a CJIS Security Policy-aligned architecture.

About the Role

As Account Manager, you own your territory end to end — deciding where to focus your time across a geography, which existing customers have room to grow, which prospects are worth pursuing, and which partners you build your business with. You're measured on the growth of the whole territory, not just on new deals closed.

Key Responsibilities

Grow the existing customers in your territory into new departments, agencies, divisions, use cases and products across our solution areas.
Pursue net-new organizations in your territory and open them by calling.
Build the partner bench in your region, working with the partner account managers, so you always have someone local who can transact and deliver.
Run joint calls and visits with partner sellers rather than sending them leads and waiting.
Hold a territory plan you can defend, including which accounts you are deliberately not working this quarter.
Work with the named-account team where an organization on their list overlaps your geography, cleanly and without a turf argument.
Bring in solutions engineering early enough to matter, and hand production customers to customer success properly rather than by email.
Own every deliverable required to close a sale — proposals, demos, promised features — driving it to completion even when the work happens inside another team, looping in Solutions Engineering for technical and security responses.

What We're Looking For

Excellent English verbal communication
Experience selling into the US market
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4–7 years carrying a territory or quota in B2B, with responsibility for both existing accounts and new pursuit.
Evidence of growing an installed base, not just closing first deals.
Comfort selling through a partner rather than around one.
The discipline to plan a patch and the willingness to work it on the phone every day.
Experience in any of our industries; breadth matters more than a single vertical.
Experience in video, evidence management, or public safety technology
Knowledge of enterprise or government procurement (RFP/RFI)
