About this role

This is a remote position.

Ensure precise and thorough documentation of customer contacts and agreements.
Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and reference.
Take responsibility for internal and external inquiries.
Attend webinars as required.
Present information effectively to clients during webinars.
Manage communication and coordination between both sides of the clients.
Demonstrate extensive account management experience.
Implement up-selling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the matchmaking process between client and talent, identifying synergies and potential collaborations.
Facilitate meaningful connections between clients to enhance business opportunities.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrate a proven ability to plan, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively.
Adapt to changes in products and services and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Proven track record in account management and upselling.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in account management ,1 year in the Saudi Arabia market.
Demonstrate familiarity with the Saudi market and cultural considerations.
Proficient in using Zoho CRM for efficient management of client interactions and data.
Showcase effective presentation skills, especially in client-facing situations.
Communicate information clearly and persuasively to clients.strong communication skills.
