Account Manager (AdTech)

• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with Customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic account discussions
• Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with delivery teams on upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Monitor Customer satisfaction and proactively mitigate risks
• Align Customer expectations with operational and delivery capabilities
• Translate business needs into structured internal action plans
• Partner with Project Managers and delivery stakeholders to ensure transparency and predictability
• Support contract extensions, commercial negotiations, and account planning activities
• Contribute to long-term account development strategies
• Facilitate effective communication between Customers and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement in Customer engagement processes

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Program Management
• Proven experience in Account Management within a service-based IT company
• Strong understanding of operational processes in European and US-based corporations
• Successful track record of developing and scaling Customer accounts
• Hands-on experience creating, negotiating, and managing delivery contracts
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify business opportunities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strategic long-term partnerships with Customers
• Experience balancing Customer expectations with operational capabilities
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

• Background working with distributed international teams

• Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and engineering processes
