Summary:

The Account Executive, PXM is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth across APAC. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role focused on managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, engaging with senior stakeholders to position Product Experience Management (PXM) solutions as a critical component of digital commerce and product data strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation

• Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue (ARR) targets
• Drive new logo acquisition within defined target accounts and industries
• Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities across the APAC region

Sales Cycle Management

• Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases

Pipeline & Forecasting

• Build and maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline
• Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM management
• Meet or exceed pipeline generation and coverage targets

Customer Engagement

• Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers across business and technical functions
• Understand customer challenges related to product data, eCommerce, and digital transformation
• Position PXM solutions as strategic enablers of business outcomes

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Collaborate with partners including system integrators and digital agencies
• Provide market insights and feedback to internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in another language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) is preferred
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts in APAC
• Experience in Product Experience Management (PXM), PIM, DAM, MDM, or related domains
• Strong understanding of digital commerce and omnichannel ecosystems
• Established network within retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of self-motivation and accountability
