Account Executive - Mid-Market - Mid-Atlantic
About this role
Description
Location: Remote - US
Territory: Mid-Atlantic
Reports to: VP of Sales
About Us
Novee is the AI penetration testing platform built for a world where attackers operate at machine speed. Founded in Tel Aviv in April 2025 by a team with decades of nation-state offensive security experience - including veterans of Unit 8200, Iron Dome, and elite zero-day research - we're turning that expertise into a platform that thinks like a real attacker, runs continuously, and uncovers the novel vulnerabilities that manual testers and scanners miss.
We raised $51.5M in four months, backed by top investors YL Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Oren Zeev - one of the fastest funding trajectories in offensive security. Our proprietary AI model outperforms frontier LLMs by over 55% on real exploitation benchmarks, and we're just getting started.
We're looking for exceptional people to join our mission: making continuous, intelligent offensive security the new standard.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth across the Mid-Atlantic and expand Novee’s presence in the cybersecurity market.
You’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, from identifying and developing new opportunities to closing deals.
You’ll work closely with Solutions Engineering, marketing, product, and technical teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate Novee’s value, and guide prospects through technical evaluations and purchasing decisions.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys developing a territory, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue.
Responsibilities

- Develop Novee’s commercial presence within the mid-market segment across the Mid-Atlantic.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, industry relationships, partners, events, and conferences.
- Build relationships with CISOs, AppSec leaders, security teams, and other technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on discovery, demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proof-of-value processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales development, product, and technical teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide accurate, timely pipeline updates and sales forecasts to the VP of Sales.
- Maintain complete and current account, opportunity, and deal information in the CRM.
- Stay informed about customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience within the cybersecurity industry — a must.
- Proven success selling to mid-market organizations and managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through close.
- Experience and success working with early-stage Israeli startups.
- Strong understanding of the Mid-Atlantic cybersecurity market and experience developing business in the region.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot and familiarity with sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving product capabilities.
- A proactive field sales approach, including on-site customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner activities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take ownership of a territory and manage competing priorities.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the Mid-Atlantic as required.
Advantages
- Technical knowledge or familiarity with offensive security, application security, infrastructure, or DevOps tools.
- Previous experience as an SDR or BDR.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy of a fast-growing cybersecurity startup.
- A collaborative, supportive environment that values initiative, creativity, and ownership.
- Exposure to cutting-edge technology at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
- Competitive compensation with strong performance-based incentives.
- The opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact on the company’s growth and success.
