Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join a high-growth B2B SaaS sales team. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for large, complex enterprise deals, from building pipeline through negotiation and close. If you have a proven record of closing $200K+ ACV deals in a startup environment and still enjoy prospecting your own pipeline, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities with $200K+ ACV.
Run outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new pipeline in target accounts.
Lead discovery, demos, and value-based conversations with senior executives and buying committees.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, legal, and security reviews.
Build mutual action plans and business cases that align the solution to customer priorities.
Forecast accurately and maintain clean, current opportunity data in the CRM.
Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive deal velocity and long-term customer value.

Required Qualifications

Proven track record closing B2B SaaS enterprise deals with $200K+ ACV.
Experience selling at a high-growth startup (Series C and below).
Prior SDR/BDR experience, including building an outbound pipeline from scratch.
Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota.
Based in San Francisco or New York, or fully remote within the U.S.

Nice to Have

Training in a formal sales methodology (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message).
Experience landing first customers in new verticals or territories.
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, or similar sales tools.
Experience contributing to sales playbooks or processes in an early-stage environment.
