THE ROLE
Everpure Germany is seeking a driven, results-oriented Commercial Account Executive to expand and grow our German commercial business. This high-impact sales role suits a self-directed operator who can create pipeline, open new accounts, expand existing relationships, and consistently move opportunities from discovery through to close.
You’ll combine the speed and stamina of a strong hunter with the relationship-building and business sense of a trusted advisor. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineering, Channel, Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver measurable value for customers and hit revenue targets across the German commercial market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will:
- Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our complete portfolio – storage, Kubernetes data services, and subscription offerings – as a strategic data platform for German commercial accounts.
- Build Relationships: Build strong connections with customers and keep satisfaction high. Develop and execute a territory plan across whitespace and installed-base accounts.
- Lead and Strategise: Direct pursuit teams and build account plans to win new customers. Find and create new business opportunities while expanding adoption within existing commercial accounts.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Drive activities to meet and exceed quota. Build and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline through structured prospecting, partner engagement, customer meetings, marketing-led events, and targeted account activities.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners in Germany to position Everpure.
- Execute Account Strategies: Develop and carry out strategies to close deals consistently. Understand customer priorities, business drivers, and financial considerations, and connect them to relevant Everpure outcomes.
- Deliver Results: Exceed quota, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
- Communicate Effectively: Present proposals that highlight Everpure’s benefits.
WHAT YOU BRING
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building. Sound financial acumen and the ability to discuss business impact, investment priorities, and deal structures that benefit both sides.
- Commercial Experience: Experience in direct and indirect sales to commercial accounts in Germany, with the ability to manage a mix of new-logo and expansion opportunities.
- Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Prospecting Skills: Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
- Ambition and Drive: A goal-oriented attitude and a desire to drive change.
- Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quota and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing, data management, and data centre architecture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience: 3+ years of field sales experience.
- Language Skills: Native or bilingual German and professional English.
