Key Responsibilities

Work within the framework of a supportive team that will depend upon you in executing fundamental account tasks, including
- Media and influencer list building
- Entering and confirming sample requests
- Calendar invites and call notes
- Coverage monitoring
- Inbound influencer and media inquiries
- Pitching local, regional and national media
- Research projects
Builds and maintains strong media relationships with print, online, and broadcast outlets
Builds strong relationships with key influencers across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to secure earned coverage
Enjoys an ever-evolving, fast-paced job, switching gears when needed and prioritizing their workload
Familiarity with Cision, Canva, Coverage Book, Muck Rack, TV Eyes, Creator IQ, or comparable platforms

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of internship experience in the consumer good PR industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Familiarity with Cision, Muck Rack, TV Eyes or comparable platforms.
