Job Overview:
As an Academic Coordinator Intern, you will assist the academic team in coordinating various educational programs and services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the academic administration of a globally connected educational institution.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling academic records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn about academic administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating academic schedules, timetables, and course offerings.
• Support communication between students, faculty, and administrative departments.
• Help in managing student records, course registrations, and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with faculty members to ensure smooth execution of courses and exams.
• Assist in the preparation of academic reports and documentation.
• Provide support during academic events, workshops, and student orientation programs.
• Help resolve student inquiries related to academic programs and course requirements.
• Ensure compliance with institutional academic policies and procedures.
• Perform any additional academic or administrative tasks as assigned by the academic team.

Duration: 6 Months (Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a permanent position)
