About the Role

You will own everything a customer reads and experiences after they find us: website, lifecycle communication, email, and positioning/messaging. The goal is simple: more visitors become customers, and more customers come back.

Responsibilities

Website & CRO: Own structure, messaging, conversion of product pages; plan/run A/B tests.
Lifecycle communication: Build onboarding, reorder triggers, win-back and repeat paths.
Positioning & messaging: Define product positioning for customer segments; maintain one source of truth across website, ads, sales, and AI sales agent.
Email: Plan, write, and run lifecycle/marketing emails.
Customer research: Turn sales calls, conversations, and reviews into copy and tests.
Reporting: Measure work on conversion rate, repeat revenue, and order value.

Requirements

4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with ownership of website conversion, messaging, or lifecycle.
Track record of copy/pages built from real customer research.
Experience building lifecycle/email programs with measurable revenue results.
Solid A/B testing knowledge.
Ability to own work end-to-end with little supervision.
Fluent written English.
