TalentCross is hiring for one of our U.S.-based clients. We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Business Operations Coordinator to help keep the company running smoothly. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll own a mix of travel coordination, event logistics, people-operations administration, documentation, vendor coordination, and light executive support.

About the Role

• Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and manage company travel
• Organize company offsites and leadership meetings
• Prepare and send offer letters, NDAs, and employment paperwork
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics
• Maintain employee records and checklists
• Organize and maintain SOPs, templates, and documentation
• Own recurring operational calendars and checklists
• Improve repetitive internal processes and coordinate cross-functional projects
• Research and manage vendors, contracts, and renewals
• Provide light executive support (scheduling, inbox triage, follow-ups)
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, administrative operations, executive assistance, people operations, or travel coordination
• Experience booking multi-leg travel and managing itinerary changes
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience creating SOPs, checklists, trackers, or other documentation
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project-management tools
• Availability for overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
• Ability to occasionally respond to time-sensitive travel issues outside standard hours
