We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Generalist / Marketing Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing marketing agency.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid basic understanding of digital marketing, copywriting, and campaign support who can help take operational tasks off the founder’s plate. The ideal candidate does not need to be highly senior, but should be smart, reliable, organized, and able to think independently rather than simply wait for instructions.

The company specializes in native advertising, including platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain. Prior experience with native advertising is a strong advantage, but not required. Candidates with general digital marketing knowledge, strong writing skills, and the ability to learn quickly will also be considered.

• Support the founder and marketing team with daily operational marketing tasks.
• Assist with copywriting tasks, including ad copy, headlines, landing page text, campaign angles, and basic marketing content.
• Help with research for advertising campaigns, including competitor research, audience research, offer research, and content inspiration.
• Support native advertising campaign preparation across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, or similar channels.
• Assist with campaign monitoring, reporting, and basic performance tracking.
• Organize marketing assets, documents, campaign notes, and internal processes.
• Coordinate with freelance copywriters, designers, media buyers, or other external partners when needed.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and updates to help the founder make faster decisions.
• Take ownership of recurring operational tasks and identify ways to improve processes.
• Learn the company’s systems, advertising approach, and campaign structure over time.

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, copywriting, content marketing, media buying support, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as Audiences, Funnels, Offers, Landing pages, Ad creatives, and Campaign performance.
• Good copywriting ability and strong written English.
• Ability to research, summarize, and organize information clearly.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, project management tools, and online marketing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn native advertising and performance marketing concepts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with an international team.

• Experience with native advertising platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, or similar platforms.
• Background in marketing agencies, performance marketing teams, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or direct response campaigns.
• Familiarity with paid media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and campaign spend.
• Experience coordinating with freelancers or external marketing partners.
• Working knowledge of AI tools, research tools, Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
