About this role

Summary

The Finance User Support and Knowledge Base Analyst III is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide optimization of the Workday platform. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance user experience, system performance, and business outcomes. As a senior subject matter expert in Finance-related Workday functions, the Analyst III provides thought leadershipand partners with stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals. A key responsibility of this position is to maintain the Workday Knowledge Base, which includes writing new and updating existing knowledge articles (job aids), training materials, and content for our User Support AI tool. Strong proficiency in writing to create and edit User Support contentis a must. Another key responsibility is to provide User Support in areas of Workday Finance within our case management system.

Primary Responsibilities

This position is 100% remote. All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.

Qualifications

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Required Experience: 4 years in a systems analyst, operations, or support role with increasing responsibility in HR, Payroll, or Finance systems.

Preferred Education:

Preferred Certification/Licensure(s): Workday Pro or equivalent advanced certification

Physical Requirements

Work may occasionally require lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an environmentally controlled setting with occasional exposure to typical office conditions.

Sensory Acuity

Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.

Target salary range for this position is between $93,400.00 and $120,200.00 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment.
