About the Leaving Violence Program (Talent Pool)

The Leaving Violence Program provides financial and other support to help individuals who have left, or are leaving, a partner who uses violence, delivered in a trauma-informed, person-centred way on behalf of the Australian Government. Join us to do meaningful work where purpose, innovation and real-world impact come together every day.

We welcome applications from candidates across Australia who are interested in permanent or fixed-term opportunities within the Leaving Violence Program. Working in a structured, telephone-based environment, you'll deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe support, using your judgement to recognise risk, maintain professional boundaries, and escalate concerns when needed.
