WRS Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Consultative Sales Executive to drive growth by helping healthcare organizations transform their clinical, operational, and financial performance through innovative software and AI-powered solutions.

This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on complex consultative engagements with physician groups, specialty practices, practice management organizations, and healthcare executives. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can uncover business challenges, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and articulate the value of EHR, Practice Management, RCM, analytics, and AI technologies in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, enterprise SaaS sales expertise, and the ability to position WRS Health as a long-term strategic technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consultative Selling

• Build executive-level relationships with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, and operational leaders.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clinical, financial, operational, and technical challenges.
• Develop tailored solution strategies that align WRS Health capabilities with customer objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations focused on ROI, workflow transformation, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead opportunities through the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and strategic growth targets.

Solution & Industry Expertise

• Develop deep expertise in WRS Health’s EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Business Intelligence, interoperability, and AI-powered solutions.
• Communicate the value of AI-enabled workflows, automation, predictive analytics, and healthcare interoperability to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to address complex customer requirements and ensure solution alignment.
• Support technical discussions involving APIs, FHIR integrations, cloud architecture, and third-party healthcare systems when appropriate.
• Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, and emerging AI technologies.

Customer Partnership & Market Development

• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation, purchasing, and transition process.
• Identify opportunities for long-term account expansion, cross-sell, and strategic partnerships.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent WRS Health at industry conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and customer events.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership teams to strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful consultative B2B software sales experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Proven experience selling EHR/EMR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare IT, AI, cloud software, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong executive-level presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of healthcare workflows, interoperability standards (FHIR, APIs), AI technologies, and cloud-based software solutions.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, strategic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Contribute market insights and customer intelligence that influence product innovation and go-to-market strategy.
