Requirements

In this role, you will start by:

• Leading accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients as a trusted advisor
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and serving as a high-level resource for complex accounting issues
• Supporting and mentoring our international bookkeeping team
• Preparing and reviewingUStaxreturns(individual and business) alongside our existingtaxresources
• Collaborating on internal process, technology, and efficiency initiatives

As you grow into the SeniorTaxManager role,you'lltake on:

• Ownership ofreview and sign-offon US federal and statereturns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 990 as the practice grows)
• Buildingateam of tax preparers,including our offshore staff in the Philippines
• Settingquality control, workflows, andtax-season capacity planning
• Acting as ataxadvisoron planning and strategy for SME
• Partnering with ownership toshape service lines and grow the practice

Who We're Looking For

We'relooking for someone who is:

• Comfortabletaking ownership andleading client relationships independently
• An excellent communicator and relationship-builder
• Knowledgeable in UStaxation, with the judgment to review and stand behind areturn
• Experienced in managing or mentoring people, and interested inleading a team
• Adaptable and eager to learnnew technologies, systems, and modern accounting practices
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
