Senior Regional Sales Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to help grow our Sales Team. This remote role is region based. The Senior Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing loan volume in their assigned territory by cultivating relationships with new and existing accounts, conducting presentations, utilizing tools to market and capture business, and increasing brand awareness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new and existing relationships to maximize business opportunities
• Educate clients on loan products and service differentiators
• Effectively evaluate business opportunities
• Conduct group presentations and hold one-on-one meetings
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding budget
• Self-motivated and driven
• Highly organized, consistent, and solutions focused
• Strategic with time and territory management,
• Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation & problem-solving skills

• Develop a thorough understanding of loan products, guidelines and processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufactured housing, RV, marine, banking or finance
• Can be located in: Mid-West, Upper Mid-West, Great Lakes Area, North-East or North-West
