About the Role

As Mistral’s Head of Sales Enablement, EMEA, you will shape the strategic direction of our global GTM organization by scaling our selling motion. This foundational role is a pivotal opportunity to establish enablement processes that drive rep productivity and revenue growth across EMEA and beyond.

You will transform institutional knowledge into scalable programs, directly impacting enterprise sales effectiveness. With high visibility to the CRO and strategic influence among regional leaders, this is a chance to build from the ground up at a category-defining AI company.

What You'll Do:

Strategic stakeholder leadership: Partner with senior sales leaders to extract and codify best practices into enterprise-grade curriculum.
Program ownership: Direct the flagship onboarding program and recurring field enablement cadence.
Executive event leadership: Co-own delivery of major sales kickoffs, including leadership-specific enablement tracks.
Continuous development: Develop ongoing skills programs for lasting adoption and performance.
Live delivery: Facilitate high-impact enablement sessions for all sales organization levels.
Needs assessment: Diagnose capability gaps and translate business outcomes into targeted enablement solutions.
Knowledge synthesis: Transform subject matter expertise into structured, scalable frameworks.
Operational excellence: Manage end-to-end program logistics, including SME coordination and performance tracking.
Strategic input: Provide field insights to shape enablement roadmap and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

10+ years in enterprise sales, enablement, or sales leadership (carried significant quota, managed complex enterprise deals, drove transformational sales)
Executive stakeholder management: Builds trust with senior, experienced sellers; navigates organizational dynamics effectively
Sales knowledge: Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling) and practical sales practices (verticalisation)
Executive presence: Commands a room; adapts delivery for new hires to seasoned veterans
Strategic builder: Thrives in ambiguity; establishes structure and processes in emerging functions

Nice to Have:

Direct experience in enterprise enablement program design and delivery
Business proficiency in French and English

Background:

Regional Enablement Leader, Sales Onboarding Director, or Enterprise Sales Leader in Cloud, AI, or complex B2B technology
