SAP HCM Consultant - PA/OM/PY

This is a remote position.

For a Polish SAP consulting project, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Payroll (PY), particularly around HR data migration. This is a hands-on consulting opportunity where you will work directly with the client's HR/Payroll team to analyse source data, clarify migration requirements and support the successful transfer and validation of employee data into SAP HCM.You will work closely with the client's HR department, translating business and payroll requirements into clear migration rules and ensuring that the data transferred into SAP is complete, consistent and ready for testing and further processing.If you have strong knowledge of Polish payroll and HR processes and have previously worked on SAP HCM data migration projects, this could be a very good fit.Scope of responsibilities:

• Analyse the provided HR data migration templates and clarify the meaning and purpose of individual fields with the client where required.
• Work directly with the client's HR/Payroll department to complete, validate and clarify source data.
• Define the required scope of migration, including the distinction between data valid as of the migration date and the full history of employment and payroll data.
• Assess how the agreed migration scope impacts the complexity and timeline of the migration.
• Identify and define cumulative payroll values that need to be migrated, including ZUS contribution bases and sickness benefit bases from the previous 12 months.
• Translate Polish HR and payroll requirements into appropriate SAP HCM migration requirements and solutions.
• Support migration testing and verify the correctness and completeness of migrated employee data.
• Investigate data inconsistencies and work with the client to resolve issues identified during migration and testing.
• Provide hands-on SAP HCM expertise and support the client throughout the migration process.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, particularly PA/OM/PY.
• Very good knowledge of Polish HR and payroll processes, including employment regulations, ZUS contributions and personal income tax.
• Proven experience participating in HR data migration projects into SAP HCM.
• Practical understanding of SAP HCM employee and payroll data structures and migration requirements.
• Ability to analyse source HR/payroll data and identify missing, inconsistent or incorrect information.
• Ability to explain technical SAP and migration topics in clear, business-friendly language to non-technical stakeholders, particularly the client's HR/Payroll department.
• Comfortable working directly with the client and taking ownership of assigned migration activities.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous experience migrating HR/payroll data from enova365 or similar HR and payroll systems.
• Experience with additional SAP HCM functionality, particularly Time Management.
• Experience working with historical payroll data and cumulative values required for payroll processing.
• Previous experience working directly with Polish HR/Payroll departments during SAP implementations or migrations.
