Opportunity

We are hiring a Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Analyst to help source, assess, coordinate, and move candidates through active recruiting searches with speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through.

You will work closely with the internal recruiting team to identify qualified candidates, drive candidate engagement, support high-volume recruiting workflows, and help prepare strong candidate showcases for client submission. This role is not initially responsible for owning client relationships, but high performers may have a path into more responsibility over time.

What You Will Own

• Source qualified candidates across active searches
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and candidate backgrounds
• Conduct candidate outreach through calls, messages, and email
• Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, communication, and availability
• Coordinate interviews and next steps in the hiring process
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and showcases for internal review and client submission
• Use AI tools and internal systems to improve speed, accuracy, and quality
• Stay organized across multiple active roles and moving candidate pipelines
• Move quickly while protecting candidate quality
• Support the team in hitting placement, showcase, and time-to-fill goals
• Manage high-volume candidate screens, including 7–15 video interviews per day during peak hiring periods

• Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, and browser-based recruiting platforms

Preferred Background

• Healthcare recruiting experience
• Technology or engineering recruiting experience
• Finance or accounting recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions
• Agency, staffing, RPO, startup, or high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using AI tools or modern recruiting systems to improve speed and quality

Compensation

The expected total compensation range is USD 1,200–1,300 Monthly.
