The Opportunity
As a Partner Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in growing UserTesting’s business through our partner ecosystem. You’ll build productive relationships with partners, identify and develop joint sales opportunities, and help partners connect their customers with the value of the UserTesting platform.
You’ll own a quota and be accountable for developing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline from opportunity identification through close. Working closely with partners and teams across UserTesting, you’ll create joint strategies that support customer needs, expand our reach, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
This is a remote role based in the United States and reports to the Sales Segment Leader.
Responsibilities
Build and develop relationships with partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
Identify joint sales opportunities and work with partners to develop account strategies that expand UserTesting’s reach within target customers and markets.
Own partner sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through discovery, negotiation, and close, using MEDDPICC methodology.
Collaborate with partners to develop compelling customer proposals, demonstrate ROI, and position the value of the UserTesting platform.
Maintain consistent engagement with partners, helping identify new buying centers, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.
Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations, to support effective deal execution and a positive partner and customer experience.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce and Gong, using data and insights to continually improve partner sales performance.
Requirements
2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales, partner/channel sales, business development, or account management experience, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience building productive relationships with partners and collaborating on opportunities that generate pipeline and revenue.
Strong pipeline generation, qualification, and sales execution skills, with the confidence to manage opportunities across the sales cycle.
Ability to develop joint account strategies, uncover customer needs, and communicate a compelling business case and ROI.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology and experience using tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with an inclusive and collaborative approach to working across teams and organizations.
Ability to travel approximately 10–15% to support partner and business needs.
