About the Role
Disruptive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support an established Australian real estate agency based in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will manage digital marketing, property campaigns, social media, brand visibility and lead-generation activities across the agency’s residential sales and property-management divisions.
This role requires a practical marketer who can plan campaigns while remaining hands-on with content creation, scheduling, copywriting, reporting and daily coordination with real estate agents and property managers.
You will work remotely from South Africa during Australian business hours, starting at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage marketing campaigns for residential sales, rentals and property-management services
Create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Promote new listings, open homes, recently sold and leased properties
Write engaging property, social media, email and campaign copy
Coordinate property photography, videos, virtual tours and marketing materials
Support individual real estate agents with personal branding and profile content
Create lead-generation campaigns for property appraisals, sellers, landlords and investors
Manage email newsletters and local property-market updates
Maintain the agency’s brand standards across all digital and printed material
Update website content and ensure property information remains current
Monitor campaign enquiries and direct qualified leads to the relevant team member
Track social media engagement, website activity, campaign performance and lead conversion
Prepare clear marketing reports and recommend improvements
Coordinate multiple campaigns, deadlines and agent requests
Research local property trends and turn market information into useful content
Support the agency with community-focused campaigns and local brand visibility

Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field
Previous marketing experience within real estate, property, construction, development or a closely related industry
Strong social media and content-management experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong copywriting, proofreading and storytelling ability
Experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
Comfortable working with real estate agents, property managers and business leaders
Good understanding of lead generation and customer engagement
Strong organisation, time management and follow-up skills
Ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Confident working independently in a fully remote environment
Reliable computer, professional headset, stable internet and backup connectivity
Based in South Africa
