About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across the French market. In this role, you will develop and execute effective lead generation strategies for ERP and B2B solutions, build and nurture relationships with prospects, and create a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the Business Development team. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting activities, track lead generation performance, and contribute directly to revenue growth in France.

In this role you will get to:

• Participation in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies and initiatives that contribute to business revenue in France.
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement and to improve performance.
• Identify and qualify potential leads to understand their needs and determine their fit before passing them to the Business Development team. 
• Maintain leads in CRM tools.
• Maintain relationships with prospects.
• Manage and participate in marketing events/campaigns as and when necessary, and coordinate closely with the Marketing team.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance lead generation efforts.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in lead generation, with a must-have for ERP and B2B settings.
• Experience in sales of any ERPs and proven sales records are an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP or business software sales cycles.
• Demonstrated lead generation capability and proven ability to convert leads into qualified leads.

Technical Skills:

• ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of prospecting and data tools.
• Reporting and analytics skills.

Language Skills:

• Native level of French.
• Excellent command of English.

Personal Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Strong presentation skills.
