Integration Manager Assistant

We’re looking for an Integration Manager Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day integration process.

As an Integration Manager Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Integration Manager and help take care of routine integration tasks: integration health checks, event and data verification and reimports.

Your Responsibilities:

What you will take over in the first 1–3 months:

• Daily monitoring of data synchronization status in the CRM UI.
• Reimporting data when required to resolve synchronization issues.
• Setting up new client integrations and configuring client accounts in the CRM UI.
• Testing integrations before production release using Postman and the CRM UI.
• Verifying that incoming events and data mappings are configured correctly.
• Following up with clients to collect missing technical information required for integration.
• Assisting with testing after integration updates or platform releases.

Optional:

• Guiding clients through the API integration process based on the integration documentation.
• Investigating and troubleshooting basic integration issues before escalating them to the development team.

Bonus Skills:

• Ability to test APIs with Postman or curl, and read JSON payloads
• Experience reading server/access logs
• Proficiency in additional languages besides English and Ukrainian.
