Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist

Responsibilities

Role Summary: We are looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist with 2–3 years of professional design experience to join our marketing team. This is a remote working role, ideal for a designer who is self-motivated, organised and comfortable collaborating with a fast-moving marketing team virtually. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple formats—from digital campaigns and social media creatives to event branding, brochures, paid advertising, presentations and short-form video content. You will work closely with the Marketing team to translate campaign ideas, brand messages and commercial priorities into compelling visual content that captures attention, strengthens brand presence and drives engagement across digital and offline channels. This is a highly execution-focused role where creativity, speed, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects will be equally important. Key Responsibilities: Digital & Social Creative
• Design high-quality social media tiles, carousels, infographics, banners and campaign assets for LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Develop creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display and other performance marketing platforms.
• Adapt creative concepts into multiple sizes, formats and channel-specific variations.
• Create visually engaging campaign assets designed to improve clicks, engagement and conversion.
• Support creative development for product launches, lead-generation campaigns, webinars and promotional initiatives. Brand & Marketing Collateral
• Design brochures, flyers, fact sheets, eBooks, reports, case studies, sales collateral and other marketing materials.
• Develop professional templates for presentations, campaign materials and internal/external communications.
• Ensure all creative assets consistently adhere to brand guidelines while keeping communications fresh and engaging. Translate complex information into clear and visually compelling designs. Events & Booth Design
• Create event branding and exhibition assets including booth graphics, pull-up banners, signage, digital displays, backdrops and promotional collateral.
• Translate event themes and campaign messaging into cohesive visual experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure artwork is print-ready and delivered to production specifications. Video & Multimedia
• Edit short-form videos for social media, digital advertising, customer stories, webinars and campaign promotions.
• Create engaging video cuts, captions, transitions, motion graphics and branded overlays.
• Repurpose webinars, interviews and customer testimonials into shorter digital and social content.
• Develop creative formats suitable for Instagram Reels, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Support basic animation and motion-design requirements where required. Creative Campaign Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign concepts, visual storytelling ideas and creative treatments.
• Translate campaign briefs into visually strong concepts aligned to audience, channel and commercial objectives.
• Recommend visual treatments, layouts and creative formats rather than simply executing supplied designs.
• Stay across emerging design, social-media and digital-content trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team. Creative Production & Asset Management:
• Manage multiple creative requests and deadlines simultaneously in a remote working environment.
• Prepare files accurately for digital, print and production requirements.
• Maintain organised design files, templates, brand assets and creative libraries.
• Coordinate virtually with marketers, agencies, printers and external vendors.
• Ensure quality control across artwork, typography, imagery, branding and final production files.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a corporate, agency or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, social, advertising and print design.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, including template creation and brand-kit management.
• Experience editing short-form video content for social and digital platforms.Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating digital advertising assets across multiple formats and dimensions.
• Experience preparing artwork for print, exhibitions and event production.
• Ability to interpret a creative brief and independently develop design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a remote and geographically dispersed team.Highly Desirable:
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion-design tools.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Meta and Instagram advertising.
• Understanding of digital marketing, paid media and campaign creative best practices.
• Experience designing exhibition booths or large-format event graphics.
• Experience within B2B, technology, professional services, SaaS, training or corporate environments.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and landing-page design principles.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm AEST, should complete a 9-hour workday inclusive of one (1) hour unpaid lunch break
