About the Role
You will be responsible for generating new business revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products, services and content. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver value for clients. You will use strategic sales approaches to manage a robust pipeline, achieve sales goals, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Develop detailed strategic sales plans to demonstrate how to grow business within assigned accounts or territory
Identify and qualify opportunities, develop a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manage the pipeline
Provide accurate forecasts, customer, and market intelligence to management and business leadership and to the account team
Understand and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of LexisNexis products
Identify and communicate effectively with executives or other high level officials within a customer's organization
Collaborate with other LexisNexis sales team members to secure new business
Provide input with account team on development of marketing plans and programs to maximize goals
Requirements
Be self-driven, motivated and results oriented with new business sales (or hunter) mentality
Have great new business prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills
Have great verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audience
Have the ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
Have deep understanding and use of Strategic Selling techniques and CRM system
Experience selling into Corporate Accounts
Experience managing a complex sales process implicating other key stakeholders within the organization

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $77,300 - $143,500. Total Target Cash Range: $119,000 - $221,000.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $151,100, Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700.
