Whatyouwilldo

• Buildatrusted,highlyeffectiveworkingpartnershipwiththeSVP,understandingprioritiesandanticipatingneeds.
• Createtheplanning,preparation,andstructurethatallowtheSVPtofocusonthemostimportantbusinesspriorities.
• Manageacomplexinternationalcalendar,travelarrangements,meetingpreparation,correspondence,expenses,andotherexecutive-leveladministration.
• EstablishstrongrelationshipsacrosstheleadershipandEAcommunity,actingasareliableconnectionpointbetweentheSVPandkeystakeholders.
• Anticipateupcomingmeetingsanddecisions,ensuringthattherightstakeholdersareengagedandthenecessaryinformationisavailableinadvance.
• Coordinateexecutivemeetings,leadershipevents,andoff-sites,ensuringaseamlessexperiencefromplanningthroughexecution.
• Communicatewithprofessionalism,discretion,andgoodjudgmentonbehalfoftheSVP.
• Workwithinestablishedcompanyprocessesandhelpsimplifyandcontinuouslyimprovewaysofworking.
• ContributetoaninclusiveandcollaborativeEAcommunitythroughknowledgesharing,coordination,andpeersupport.
