About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their questions across live chat and email, resolving issues end to end, and making sure every person you speak with leaves the conversation satisfied.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a 24/7 operation. We care far more about how you communicate, how you think through a problem and how reliably you follow through than about the exact background you come from.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer enquiries via live chat, email and any other supported contact channel.
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently, taking ownership from first contact to closure.
• Manage and follow up support tickets in Zendesk, keeping every case updated and nothing left unattended
• Investigate account, payment and technical questions using internal systems before escalating.
• Apply verification, security and compliance procedures correctly on every interaction.
• Handle complaints calmly and de-escalate difficult conversations.
• Keep clear, accurate case notes so any colleague can pick up where you left off.
• Flag recurring issues and gaps in our processes so we can fix them.

• Attention to detail — you follow procedure consistently, especially on verification and security steps.
• Judgement — you know what you can decide yourself and when a case needs to be escalated.
• Reliability — you are punctual, present, and dependable across a rotating shift pattern.
• Learning — you absorb new products, tools and procedures quickly and apply them straight away.
• Teamwork — you hand over cleanly, share what you learn, and take feedback well.

Requirements

• Previous customer support experience in a live chat or ticket-based environment.
• Experience with Zendesk or a similar support platform.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Confident computer literacy and the ability to work across several systems at once.
• Availability to work a rotating three-shift pattern, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
