Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and inbox, including sales orders and quotations.
• Respond to customers promptly and accurately, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Process customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure communications are professional and on-brand.
• Assist customers with our web portal and share feedback and insights with Account Managers and relevant teams.
• Follow established communication procedures, processes, and systems.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Team player with a humble, flexible, and collaborative attitude.
