About this role

The Workforce Compliance and Ethics Specialist supports Thrivent’s efforts to promote workforce accountability, consistent application of workforce policies and practices, and a culture of integrity aligned with Thrivent’s values. This role serves as a flexible, utility-player resource for the Workforce Compliance and Ethics team, balancing assigned investigation-related work with broader team support across training, communication, advising, process, reporting, and special projects. The role contributes to timely, consistent handling of workforce concerns while also helping the team strengthen execution, scalability, and practical support for leaders and partners. This position helps enable business objectives through strong judgment, adaptability, collaboration, and partnership with key stakeholders.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $94,389.00 - $127,703.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions.
