JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 12+ years of sales, marketing, and merchandising experience within consumer packaged goods healthcare categories
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, national or strategic customer accounts
- Advanced ability to interpret and apply IRI, Nielsen, and other syndicated market data to inform strategy and execution
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and sales analytics tools experience preferred
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagement and business needs
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day account management for a defined portfolio of key and strategic customer accounts
- Own development and execution of account-specific business plans, including sales targets, growth initiatives, promotional strategies, and execution timelines
- Lead cross-functional coordination of new item launches, customer presentations, pricing and quote development, artwork requests, and promotional planning
- Direct and influence internal support teams and broker partners to ensure aligned execution against account goals
- Drive top-line sales performance while managing inventory levels, inventory turns, service levels, customer scorecards, and accounts receivable
- Build and maintain strong senior-level customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary commercial point of contact
- Partner closely with Account Services, Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accounts are managed in alignment with corporate objectives
- Leverage syndicated data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize merchandising and promotional strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and relationships
- Lead and support special projects based on customer requirements, market opportunities, or internal strategic initiatives
- Operate effectively in a home office, broker office, or corporate environment based on business needs and travel requirements
- Provide mentorship and leadership to sales team members and broker partners, promoting accountability, execution excellence, and professional development
