Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and communications projects within a global enterprise environment. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, facilities stakeholders, and business partners to support infrastructure deployments, site expansions, consolidations, and operational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum delivery methodologies.
  
• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple infrastructure-related projects.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, facilities, and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  
• Manage technology deployment and enhancement initiatives across enterprise network environments, including:
  
• Local Area Networks (LAN)
  
• Wide Area Networks (WAN)
  
• Network perimeter and security infrastructure
  
• Manufacturing network segmentation
  
• Data center environments
  
• Wireless networking solutions
  
• Drive implementation and enhancement projects related to enterprise communications technologies, including:
  
• Cloud-based voice platforms
  
• Contact center solutions
  
• Telecommunications and connectivity infrastructure
  
• Support technology infrastructure deployment for new office locations, manufacturing facilities, site consolidations, relocations, and decommissioning activities.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
  
• Identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience delivering complex technology or infrastructure projects.
  
• PMP certification is required.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strong experience leading enterprise infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, or unified communications projects.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting global office deployments, facility expansions, consolidations, or site decommissioning initiatives.
  
• Exposure to enterprise networking, data center infrastructure, cloud communications, and large-scale technology transformation programs.
