As our Sales Manager Nordics, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets for our SWISS KRONO AG building materials product portfolio.

Your tasks:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in Scandinavia.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DIY clients in the region.
Make use of your project prescription and execution experience
Provide product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they are equipped with the information needed to make informed decisions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives tailored to the Scandinavian market.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management on a regular basis.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Your profile:

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or comparable background
Proven track record of sales success in the interior and/or flooring products industry, preferably in Scandinavia.
Strong understanding of the Scandinavian market dynamics, including industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English and one or more Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is required.
