About this role
Drives global standardization, operational excellence, and transformation across the end-to-end Intercompany value chain, partnering closely with the Intercompany GPO to translate strategy into scalable operating models and SAP-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Intercompany process design, standardization, and implementation (O2C, P2P, settlement, reconciliation, close, eliminations)
- Deploy global Intercompany taxonomy, operating model, controls, and KPI framework defined by the GPO
- Drive enterprise-wide Intercompany transformation and simplification programs aligned with Finance strategy
- Act as primary transformation lead translating GPO strategy into executable initiatives and business outcomes
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, reconciliation issues, and performance gaps; drive continuous improvement
- Define and monitor end-to-end Intercompany KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with Finance (O2C, P2P, R2R), GBS, and IT to design future-state processes and transformation roadmaps
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation by translating business and accounting requirements into standardized solutions
- Ensure alignment of system design with global Intercompany standards and target operating model
- Govern process documentation, controls, compliance, and audit requirements, including local deviations
- Lead demand management, prioritization, and sequencing of Intercompany initiatives
- Facilitate global workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive adoption and change management
- Ensure delivery of transformation initiatives within scope, timeline, budget, and value targets
- Provide subject matter expertise for benchmarking, innovation, and best practice adoption
- Mentor and develop process analysts and strengthen Intercompany capability across teams
