POSITION SUMMARY:

• Serve as a key liaison between radiologists, hospital clinical teams, referring physicians, IT, and administrative teams to support efficient radiology operations.
• Manage physician calls, verify identities, relay results, and connect clinical teams with radiologists as needed.
• Prepare exams for interpretation by attaching prior exams, notes, and supporting documentation while monitoring worklists and balancing workloads.
• Provide technical and operational support across PACS, RIS, voice recognition, and other radiology information systems.
• Promote a collaborative, user-focused environment through strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and support of clinical and operational needs.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Administration, or a related field preferred with 2+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and radiology information systems, with proficiency in PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities and supporting diverse teams.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $19 - $21. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
