About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based insurance company with day-to-day administrative and insurance-related tasks.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working remotely within the P&C insurance industry and is already familiar with insurance quoting processes and completing ACORD forms. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to accurately handle insurance documentation and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for a growing insurance company.
Prepare and complete ACORD forms accurately and efficiently.
Assist with insurance quoting for Property & Casualty policies.
Gather, organize, and verify client and policy information needed for quotes and insurance documentation.
Maintain accurate client, policy, and insurance records.
Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Follow up on missing information or documentation as needed.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling client and insurance information.
Provide additional administrative support as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
Hands-on experience completing ACORD forms (MUST)
Experience assisting with or preparing P&C insurance quotes (MUST)
Familiarity with common Property & Casualty insurance terminology, documentation, and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1,C2)
Comfortable learning and working with insurance platforms and other digital tools.
Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance agency or brokerage.
