Description

The Project Manager serves as the delivery lead for a portfolio of concurrent, client-facing technology projects across Acrisure Cyber Services' managed services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and strategic implementation practices. This role is responsible for the successful execution of projects from intake through closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations while providing an exceptional client experience.

Working closely with clients, Solutions Engineers, Deployment Engineers, Client Success teams, Procurement, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager is accountable for project planning, communication, resource coordination, risk management, financial oversight, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. This individual serves as the primary point of accountability for project success while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Project Manager Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of concurrent client-facing technology projects from initiation through completion.
Own project scope, schedule, budget, client communication, quality, risk management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects meet key performance objectives related to budget adherence, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction.
Review project documentation including Statements of Work, engineering scope, procurement requirements, and project readiness prior to project kickoff.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and project documentation.
Facilitate internal project kickoffs, client kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, and project closeout sessions.
Provide regular project status updates, meeting recaps, executive summaries, and timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate resources across engineering, professional services, procurement, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, burn rates, milestone completion, and project financial performance.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers while driving timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
Manage formal project change requests, scope modifications, and associated documentation to ensure alignment between project objectives and client expectations.
Coordinate project scheduling to maximize resource utilization while maintaining delivery commitments.
Maintain accurate project documentation within PSA and project management platforms.
Partner with Client Success, Technical Account Managers, and Service teams to ensure successful project transition into ongoing support.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, documentation, templates, processes, and project delivery methodologies.

Experience/Skills Required

3+ years managing multiple concurrent client-facing technology projects.
Experience delivering projects within managed services, IT consulting, or professional services organizations.
Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and client communications.
Experience with fixed-fee, time and materials, and managed services implementation engagements.
Hands-on experience using PSA platforms such as ConnectWise Manage (preferred), HaloPSA, Autotask, or similar.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical resources including engineers, consultants, vendors, and third-party partners.
Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, budgeting, and project financial tracking.
Experience facilitating client meetings, executive status updates, and project governance.
Excellent written documentation skills including project plans, meeting summaries, status reports, and closeout documentation.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Experience/Skills Preferred

PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, CSM, or other project management certification.
Experience delivering managed services onboardings, infrastructure deployments, cybersecurity initiatives, business continuity, or disaster recovery projects.
Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage and related platforms including ConnectWise Automate, Control, Auvik, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience overseeing Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud migration, or hybrid infrastructure projects.
Experience working with clients in regulated industries including healthcare, financial services, legal, or manufacturing.
Experience developing or improving PMO processes, templates, project standards, or delivery methodologies.
