Product Manager – Real Estate

PeopleFinders.com, the premier online service for consumers to locate, contact and verify people and businesses. Over the past couple of decades the Company has quietly become one of the largest owners of public records data in the country, distributing its products over a vast network of websites.

Property Reach, a division of PeopleFinders, LLC is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead its Real Estate platform strategy.

The Product Manager's Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision:
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for the Real Estate platform, translating market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into a clear set of priorities.
  • Define the product vision and strategy in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation that strengthen the platform's competitive position within the real estate industry.
• Product Discovery and Customer Insights:
  • Engage directly with real estate brokers, agents, property management companies, and other end users to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Translate customer feedback and usage data into well-defined product requirements and user stories.
• Execution and Delivery:
  • Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to plan sprints, prioritize the backlog, and ship high-quality features on schedule.
  • Write clear product specifications, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
  • Manage trade-offs between scope, timeline, and quality to keep releases on track and aligned with business priorities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product releases with go-to-market plans, pricing, and packaging.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions reflect real market needs and business impact.
  • Communicate roadmap, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders across the organization, including leadership.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Define and track key product metrics (engagement, adoption, retention, conversion) to measure feature success and inform iteration.
  • Use data and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
  • Monitor churn and customer health indicators, working with Customer Success to identify and prioritize retention-driving improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, key players, and pain points.
• Proven track record as a Product Manager in SaaS, ideally within the real estate technology space.
• Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across the business.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with experience analyzing key metrics to guide product strategy.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard) and CRM systems.
