About the Role
Culmen International is hiring a Mid-level Program Analyst to support complex acquisition and financial assistance initiatives through planning, assessment, and program improvement activities.
This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role
- Develop project plans and implementation strategies.
- Analyze operational and compliance issues.
- Develop recommendations for organizational improvements.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes.
- Support policy development and implementation.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Six (6) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with federal government.
- Strong Excel skills.
