Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

Rate: $10/hour + $250 spiff per closed deal

About the Role

We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated, bilingual Follow-Upto be the first point of contact for incoming seller leads.

In this role, you will handle warm inbound calls, conduct structured discovery conversations, qualify motivated homeowners, and pass qualified, ready-to-close opportunities directly to the owner. This is a results-driven sales position with significant opportunity for growth.

What You'll Do

• Answer and manage warm inbound calls from potential home sellers.
• Conduct structured discovery calls to qualify leads and understand the seller's situation and motivation.
• Confirm listing status, decision-maker availability, and willingness to discuss a potential sale.
• Identify motivated sellers and determine whether they are qualified for the next step.
• Follow proven call scripts while maintaining a natural, consultative conversation.
• Communicate confidently with homeowners in both English and Spanish.
• Accurately document lead information, call outcomes, and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Manage and update leads through GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM systems.
• Pass qualified and motivated leads directly to the owner for closing.
• Follow up with leads as needed and maintain accurate records.
• Consistently work toward sales and lead-conversion goals.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a FUS (Follow-Up Specialist) role or similar lead-management position.
• Previous real estate experience, preferably within real estate investing.
• Proven sales experience with strong phone-based communication skills.
• Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with REsimpli is a strong plus.
• Confident asking direct qualifying questions and handling sales conversations.
• Strong ability to build rapport with homeowners and identify seller motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong CRM documentation habits.
• Reliable, self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.

Assessment Requirement

All candidates must complete the DISC Personality Assessment as part of the application process.

The assessment can be completed through 123test's DISC Personality Test. Candidates should submit their completed assessment along with their profile/application.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual real estate sales professional who is comfortable handling inbound calls, qualifying homeowners, working inside a CRM, and moving motivated leads toward a closed deal.
