Your Role
You'll support Italian-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers with questions about their vehicles, features and connected services.
You'll:
- Help customers understand vehicle features and services
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
- Handle enquiries via phone, email and chat
- Explain solutions clearly and professionally
- Deliver the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for
No technical background required — you'll be trained from the ground up.
Work Remotely From Greece
Once you've relocated and completed your training, you can work 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki, where you'll receive support getting settled. Once you're established, you can choose where you'd like to live — from a lively city to a smaller town or somewhere closer to the coast.
And you'll receive all the equipment you need to work from home.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
