Position Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a US insurance agency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in insurance policy servicing, is proficient in Applied Epic, and can efficiently manage administrative tasks while maintaining excellent communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

  This is a remote position for candidates based in Pampanga or nearby areas, working graveyard shifts aligned with New York business hours.

Responsibilities

• Know how to do the following:

• Lossrun request

• Policy request

• Cancellation request to carrier

• Renewal follow-up

• COI request

• Simple endorsement

• File Claims

• Renewal quote release

• Billing inquiry and online payment process

• Reinstatement request on nonpay cancellations

• Recommendation follow-up

• Rate carriers

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience is a must.

• Location must be in Pampanga or near Pampanga

• US insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must.

• Must know how to use the management system called Applied Epic.

• Strong internet connectivity

• Willing to work on the Graveyard shift. Or comfortable to work the same hours as NY.

Preferred/Nice to have Skills:
Optional - Language- Chinese Mandarin and/or cantonese

Managerial roles responsible for managing and training these staff

• Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PHP 30,000–40,000 per month

• Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), following US Eastern Time (New York). Shift schedule may be either:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, or

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

• HMO Coverage: HMO for the employee plus one (1) qualified dependent
