About the Role
We're looking for a GIS Solutions Consultant to deliver live geospatial solutions directly to our clients. In this client-facing role, you'll administer enterprise GIS databases, build and automate geoprocessing workflows, and translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, teaching, and solving real-world problems with Esri technology.
What You'll Do
- Serve in a client services capacity, providing live geospatial solutions and support to clients
- Clearly translate and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience administering Esri Enterprise Databases, including key concepts:
- Versioning (Traditional and Branch)
- Views
- Replicas
- Reconcile/Post
- Compress
- Experience with SQL Server, including:
- Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio
- SQL Server Agent
- Automation
- Extensive geoprocessing knowledge
- Scripting experience with Python, Arcpy, and JavaScript
- Extensive knowledge of ArcGIS Pro
- Experience with ArcGIS Online / ArcGIS Enterprise licensing and administration
- Experience supporting local government GIS utilization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Attribute Rules and Arcade within ArcGIS Pro
- ArcGIS Enterprise/ArcGIS Server experience, including Map and Feature Services
- Customizing and developing ArcGIS Pro add-ins
- Knowledge of Next Generation 911 (NG911)
- Experience working remotely
- Esri certifications (e.g., ArcGIS Pro Professional, ArcGIS Pro Associate)
