E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Analyst

Turn sales data into action—and keep products performing across every major e-commerce channel.
We’re looking for an analytical, detail-driven e-commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC channels.
Location:Philippines - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.
Track revenue, units, trends, product performance, and channel performance.
Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Target, JCPenney, Kohl’s, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, DTC, and other e-commerce accounts.
Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other listing content.
Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations.
Identify listing errors, suppressed products, missing content, and other issues impacting sales.
Monitor performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and trends.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams to keep product information accurate and current.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals.
Strong sales reporting and data-analysis skills.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Understanding of 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC business models.
Experience with major retail marketplaces and product listing management.
Ability to turn raw sales data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large product catalogs.
Experience with BI, ERP, marketplace, or reporting tools is a plus.
