Your Opportunity:

NowSecure is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and continuously improve our digital marketing engine across paid media, social media, organic search, website performance, and conversion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digital marketing, wants real ownership, and is constantly looking for ways to make the work better. You should be equally comfortable developing a strategy, getting into an ad account to make an optimization yourself, analyzing funnel performance, identifying an SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO opportunities, assessing page performance, or figuring out why a landing page isn’t converting.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Demand Generation and works closely with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and the broader go-to-market team.

What You’ll be Doing:

Digital Strategy & Performance

• Own digital marketing performance across paid, organic, website, and conversion channels with a focus on qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Use performance data, AI-powered analysis, audience insights, and experimentation to determine where we invest, what we optimize, and what we test next.
• Monitor the digital funnel and turn insights into action, identifying opportunities and solving performance problems rather than simply reporting on them.

Paid Media

• Own paid search, paid social, retargeting, audience strategy, budget allocation, testing, and overall paid media performance.
• Manage our paid media agency while remaining hands-on in the platforms. You should be comfortable making campaign, targeting, budget, copy, and optimization changes yourself when needed.
• Continuously test audiences, creative, messaging, offers, and campaign approaches, using AI and performance data to accelerate learning and improve results.

SEO, AEO, GEO & AIO

• Own our organic discovery strategy across traditional search and emerging AI-powered experiences, including SEO, AEO, GEO, and AIO.
• Partner with Content and Product Marketing on keyword, topic, competitor, search intent, and AI visibility opportunities that increase how often NowSecure is discovered by our target buyers.
• Stay deeply curious about how Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other platforms are changing buyer research, and actively experiment with ways to improve NowSecure’s visibility across them.

Website & Conversion

• Treat the NowSecure website as a performance channel and continuously improve landing pages, conversion paths, messaging, UX, and the overall digital customer journey.
• Use analytics, behavioral insights, AI, and structured experimentation to identify friction and improve conversion rates.
• Own the digital roadmap and work cross-functionally to launch new pages, campaign experiences, tests, and website improvements

Content Experience & Conversion

• Own the digital content experience across the buyer journey, ensuring prospects can easily discover, engage with, and move through relevant content based on their interests and stage.
• Own and optimize PathFactory, including content organization, journeys, recommendations, and conversion paths, until we transition to an internally built solution.
• Partner with Content, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to use engagement data, AI, and experimentation to improve content consumption, conversion, and progression through the funnel.

Social Media

• Own NowSecure’s LinkedIn strategy, with a focus on increasing engagement, growing our audience, and strengthening our presence with the buyers and communities we care about most.
• Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and other teams to turn campaigns, company news, thought leadership, and industry conversations into compelling social content.
• Use performance data, social listening, and AI to identify trends, test new approaches, and continuously improve what we publish and how we engage.

You should be curious about new AI tools and models, actively experimenting with how they can improve your work, and comfortable finding opportunities to incorporate AI into your day-to-day without waiting for someone to hand you a playbook. Bonus points if you’ve built AI agents, automations, or workflows that make you or your team more effective.

We’re looking for someone with strong instincts, high ownership, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action. You know how to investigate a problem, develop a point of view, test it, learn from the results, and keep improving. You also understand that great marketing is a team sport and are excited to share what you learn with the people around you.

Skills and Experience Needed for Success:

• 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, technology, or another complex B2B environment
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to manage meaningful paid media budgets and improve performance over time
• Experience successfully partnering with agencies while maintaining strong internal ownership of strategy and performance
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, search intent, and site architecture
• Genuine curiosity about AEO, GEO, AI search, and the rapidly evolving ways buyers discover and evaluate information
• Experience optimizing websites and landing pages for conversion
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into decisions and action
• Experience with web analytics, advertising platforms, attribution, conversion tracking, and digital marketing reporting
• Experience working with modern content management systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Strong copywriting and messaging instincts, particularly for digital ads and landing pages
• An AI-forward mindset and demonstrated use of AI to improve the speed, quality, or effectiveness of your work
• A willingness to experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and approaches as the technology evolves
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• A high degree of ownership and accountability
• A willingness to get into the details and execute the work yourself
• Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn
• Comfort operating in an environment where experimentation is encouraged and not every answer is known in advance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points if You Have Any of the Below:

• Have experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, DevSecOps, enterprise software, or marketing to technical audiences.
• Have developed an AEO or GEO strategy and can speak thoughtfully about how AI is changing search, discovery, and buyer behavior.
• Have built AI agents, automations, or workflows that meaningfully improved your own productivity or the performance of a marketing team.

Compensation & Benefits

NowSecure is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k with company match, paid parental leave, Home Office Stipend, and flexible PTO. In addition to working in a remote-first work environment.
