Data Entry Specialist
About this role
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help maintain accurate and up-to-date company information. You will enter, review, and update data across internal systems and spreadsheets, while ensuring information is complete and accurate.
This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently with repetitive tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets
Review data for accuracy and correct errors
Maintain organized digital records
Identify missing or inconsistent information
Follow established data entry procedures
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or similar experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good typing and computer skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems
Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Previous remote work experience
Experience with CRM, database, or business management systems
COMPENSATION
$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
