As aCruise Specialist, you’ll assist clients with selecting and booking cruise vacations, onboard experiences, excursions, and travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend cruise lines and itineraries
- Book cabins, transportation, and excursions
- Provide clients with cruise documentation and itineraries
- Assist with changes, upgrades, and travel support
- Stay informed on cruise promotions and destinations
- Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications
- Interest in cruise travel and hospitality
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to learn booking platforms and systems
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Client centered experience
- Familiar with sales cycle and selling process
- Experience with front-line sales or knowledge thereof
