Construction and Tenant Coordination Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking to hire an Offshore Construction and Tenant Coordination Specialist who will support Bridge33’s internal business units with a variety of tasks and projects. Successful candidates will be expected to effectively self-manage their assigned workload involving data entry, assignment tracking, organizing and cataloging digital files and various other operational and administrative tasks. This position will be responsible for monitoring and recording critical business information in various platforms to provide their team with reliable information to make business decisions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a consistent and high level of service to our business units
• Process data entry transactions in Smartsheet timely and accurately
• Compare lien waivers for completion and accuracy
• Produce various AutoCAD drawings of site plans and LODs
• Work in Yardi Construction Manager ensuring real-time accuracy of schedules and budgets
• Research lease agreements and tenant data to generate summary reports or process required construction project management type transactions
• Check emails daily (manage personal inbox and administrative inboxes)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate Construction environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with different audiences
• Team player who is organized, proactive, and works well with others
• Comfortable working in a high growth organization with a sense of urgency
• Familiarity with commercial leasing language and retail lease agreements a PLUS
• Prior experience working U.S. hours and shifts
• Yardi familiarity a PLUS (property accounting software)
• Experience supporting landlord construction

MUST HAVE:

• AutoCAD
• Bluebeam

• Smartsheet
• Adobe Acrobat
• Yardi (Construction Manager)

WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

• Fully remote
• Fluent in English
• Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)
