Role Type: Contractor

Location: Fully Remote-Open Worldwide

Schedule: 15-20 hrs/week. Fully flexible (Can accomodate after hours + weekends if needed)

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your CAD domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, drawing on hands-on CAD experience (CAM and CNC workflows especially welcome).
2. Review, assess, and refine AI-generated content and recommendations relevant to manufacturing workflows.
3. Develop and validate detailed rubrics for evaluating manufacturing process accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience with any CAD platform (e.g. Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Onshape, Inventor, CATIA, Creo).
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Autodesk tools, particularly Fusion 360 or AutoCAD.
2. Background in CAM, CNC machining, or digital manufacturing workflows.
3. Python proficiency — a significant plus for this role.
4. Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, generative design, AI-assisted workflows) and comfort evaluating AI output.
5. Experience developing or applying process evaluation rubrics.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.

Start Timeline & Availability

We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for experts ready to jump in right away. If selected, we expect you to start your first tasks within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
