Job Summary

XAD Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Pakistan Offshore Office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Telecom industry, with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, lead generation, tendering, vendor registration, and strategic account management.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with telecom operators, contractors, system integrators, and technology partners, and supporting the company's expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for telecom services.
Identify and generate new telecom business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with telecom operators, contractors, vendors, and technology partners.
Identify potential clients, projects, tenders, and upcoming telecom opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new markets, customers, and projects.
Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and industry research.
Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Manage the complete sales and business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and business development tracker.
Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, and project teams for proposal preparation.
Identify and monitor telecom tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and EOI opportunities.
Support preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
Develop relationships with procurement and vendor management teams.
Handle supplier/vendor registration and prequalification with potential clients.
Monitor telecom industry developments, competitors, market trends, and upcoming projects.
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports and sales forecasts.
Achieve assigned revenue, sales, lead-generation, and client-acquisition targets.
Represent XAD Technologies in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and business networking activities.

Client & Market Development

Develop business relationships with MNOs, ISPs, telecom contractors, EPC companies, system integrators, and infrastructure providers.
Identify upcoming telecom infrastructure projects and commercial opportunities.
Develop strategic partnerships with local and international telecom companies.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
Arrange client meetings and presentations with key stakeholders.
Convert qualified leads into commercial opportunities and long-term contracts.

Tender & Procurement Responsibilities

Monitor relevant telecom tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and procurement opportunities.
Review tender requirements and assess business potential.
Coordinate with internal teams for tender documentation.
Manage client/vendor registration and prequalification processes.
Prepare commercial information and coordinate proposal submissions.
Track tender status, clarifications, negotiations, and award outcomes.
Maintain records of submitted proposals and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably within the telecom industry.
Strong understanding of the telecom market and infrastructure services.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Experience dealing with telecom operators, contractors, vendors, and system integrators.
Experience in tender management, proposal development, and vendor registration is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently from the Pakistan Offshore Office while coordinating with international teams.
Willingness to work according to international/client time zones, when required.
